A Buggles were the pop/rock band formed in 1977 consisting of Trevor Horn and Geoff Downes, who got re-teamed when a earliest incarnation Camera Club had also involved Bruce Wooley, Thomas Dolby and Hans Zimmer (Academy Award-winning film composer). A number 1 individual "Video Killed the Radio Star" also exists as a Camera Club recording (less refined around production values, though).
